Jakthytta, or the hunting-cottage translated to english have two bedrooms with double beds on the first floor, and a bedroom with a double bed on the attic. On the attic you will also find 3 mattresses that can be spread on the floor for extra bed-spaces. In total the cabin suits 9 people with a spacious bathroom with shower and an extra storage room with a freezer.

Activities
With the fjord right outside the windows there is bound to be fishing. Nearby there is Salmon farms, so we have a lot of fish in the fjord. The usual fish you will catch would be sei, lyric, cod, long and brosme.
We have just built a new port facilities with a gutting table and access to freshwater.
There are two types of boats. The smallest one are 15 feet with an 8HP outdoor-motor. The second is 16 feet with 25HP outdoor-motor with a sounder and electric start. If you are a group that require two or more boats let us know and we will arrange what you need.
It is also possible to rent two kayaks to explore the surrounding area.
Heggebakk is also a perfect place for trips and hiking. There are mountains with good tracks located across the road. We are also located near some great tourist attractions if you travel by car. To mention a few we have Geiranger, Trollstigen, Atlanterhavevegen, Runde or Ålesund with Scandinavias biggest aquarium.
The lessor are housed just nearby and will always be available for whatever you will be needing. He has tips and information about nearby possibilities if you’d like to travel and explore. He will also be helpful if you need any assistance with the boats, gear or cabins.
We also have fishing-gear for rental if needed.
